Conference Venue (Preliminary Plan):

Currently, we have tentatively selected the Best Western Parkway Hotel Toronto North, (Address: 600 Hwy 7, Richmond Hill, ON L4B 1B2), as our conference venue, subject to final confirmation based on participant numbers and logistical requirements. While we are optimistic about hosting the event at this location, we reserve the right to relocate to an alternative venue of equal or better standard within the Greater Toronto Area if necessary. Any such changes will be communicated promptly with full support for adjusting travel arrangements."

For Participants Booking Accommodation:

Delegates wishing to book accommodation in advance may consider the Best Western Parkway Hotel Toronto North (or other nearby hotels) with flexible cancellation policies. We recommend checking platforms like Booking.com for refundable rates.
