Call for Abstracts

We invite researchers and practitioners to submit abstracts for presentations and workshops at the Nursing and Healthcare Conference: A Global Dialogue, scheduled to take place on November 28-30, 2025, in Toronto, Canada. This is an excellent opportunity to showcase your work and contribute to the dialogue on advancing nursing and healthcare.

Submission Guidelines

  • Abstract Length: Abstracts should be between 250-300 words.
  • Topics: We encourage submissions that align with the conference themes, including:
    • Innovations in Nursing Practice
    • Healthcare Policy and Management
    • Mental Health and Wellbeing
    • Patient Safety and Quality Care
    • Global Health Challenges
  • Format: Abstracts must be submitted in a Word document or PDF format (Download Abstract Template).
  • Deadline: All submissions must be received by September 30, 2025.

Review Process

All submitted abstracts will undergo a peer review process. Selected presenters will be notified within 15 days after receiving the abstract. Presentations will be scheduled as either Oral Presentations or Poster presentations, depending on the nature of the submission.

Invitation Letter

If you plan to attend the Nursing and Healthcare Conference: A Global Dialogue in Toronto on November 28-30, 2025, you may need a visa to enter Canada. To facilitate your visa application, an invitation letter from the conference organizers may be required.

Conference Venue

Conference Venue (Preliminary Plan):
Currently, we have tentatively selected the Best Western Parkway Hotel Toronto North, (Address: 600 Hwy 7, Richmond Hill, ON L4B 1B2), as our conference venue, subject to final confirmation based on participant numbers and logistical requirements. While we are optimistic about hosting the event at this location, we reserve the right to relocate to an alternative venue of equal or better standard within the Greater Toronto Area if necessary. Any such changes will be communicated promptly with full support for adjusting travel arrangements."

For Participants Booking Accommodation:
Delegates wishing to book accommodation in advance may consider the Best Western Parkway Hotel Toronto North (or other nearby hotels) with flexible cancellation policies. We recommend checking platforms like Booking.com for refundable rates. Once the venue is finalized (by [insert tentative confirmation date, e.g., September 15, 2025]), we will notify all registered attendees and share negotiated group rates if available.
